The Three Layers

Spirit Layer

I. The Signal

The False God is any external authority — institution, religion, system, relationship, or belief — that has been granted power over your sovereignty. It is the thing you bow to that was never worthy of the bow.

Body Layer

II. The Temple

In the body, the False God is felt as a constriction in the throat, a collapse in the chest, and a heaviness in the gut — the physical experience of making yourself smaller than you are.

Mind Layer

III. The Map

Identify your False Gods. They are not always obvious. Sometimes they look like safety, belonging, or love. Ask: 'Am I making myself smaller to maintain this?' If yes, you have found one.

Orientation

Upright

Energy flowing outward

The False God is visible. You can see the authority you have externalized and you are beginning to reclaim it.

Reversed

Energy turned inward

The False God is invisible — it has been so thoroughly internalized that it feels like your own voice.

Journal Prompts

Sit with these. You don't have to answer all of them.

02

What are you afraid will happen if you stop obeying the False God in your life?

03

Where are you making yourself smaller to maintain a relationship, a job, or a belief system?
