The Three Layers

Spirit Layer

I. The Signal

The Softening is the moment the body stops bracing for impact and begins to open to the possibility of ease. It is the transition from survival mode to something that actually resembles living.

Body Layer

II. The Temple

In the body, the Softening is felt as a release in the jaw, a drop in the shoulders, a warmth spreading through the chest, and a breath that finally reaches the belly.

Mind Layer

III. The Map

Softening is not weakness. It is the most advanced state the nervous system can achieve — the ability to be open and present without the armor of constant vigilance.

Orientation

Upright

Energy flowing outward

The body is softening. The system is transitioning from survival to thriving. Receive this.

Reversed

Energy turned inward

The body wants to soften but does not yet feel safe enough. The conditions for safety need to be created before the armor can come down.

02

03

What would you need to believe to allow yourself to soften?
